This project focused on improving the safety and adoption of e-scooters across UK cities. In partnership with local authorities and mobility providers, Edge have led research and design activities to identify risks, capture user behaviours, and co-develop tools to support safe adoption. The project created actionable insights and prototypes that informed local policy, improved user onboarding, and enhanced public trust in micro-mobility.
